New trainee for North West

A NEW trainee in the AFL North West office will provide a boost to the region.

Jayla Woolaston will start her AFL SportsReady Traineeship on Tuesday.

Many in the local footy community will know Jayla as a player with the Gunnedah Poochettes.

The 18 year-old will be working in the Tamworth office where she will be primarily working in Participation & Programs alongside Lachlan Bennetts-Inkster delivering programs such as After School and In-School Clinics.

Jayla’s traineeship will also see her studying for a Certificate III in Business.
